Frequently asked questions
Everything traders ask before their first escrow — and most of what they ask afterwards.
Getting started
The buyer's payment is held in a segregated account from the moment the trade is funded. The seller can see it is secured but cannot touch it. It is released only when the buyer confirms receipt, when the inspection window closes without a dispute, or when an agent rules on a dispute.
Yes, but the person you are trading with does not need one before you start. Open the trade with their e-mail address and they will be invited. Nothing is charged until they accept the terms.
Anything legal that can be described and delivered: game accounts, in-game currency, licence keys, social media profiles, domains, freelance work, and physical goods that ship with tracking. Each category carries its own inspection window.
Yes — see the fee schedule for the current minimum. Small trades are welcome, though the minimum fee means the effective rate is higher on very small amounts.
Money and fees
By default the buyer, added on top of the agreed price. When you open a trade you can switch it to the seller or split it evenly. The exact amount each side pays and receives is shown before either party accepts.
Only when a trade completes. Nothing is charged if the trade is canceled before it is funded, and a refunded dispute returns the buyer's money in full, including the fee.
From your wallet. Depending on what the administrator has enabled you can pay by cryptocurrency, PayPal, or a manual bank transfer with a receipt upload.
Requests are reviewed by the finance desk, usually within one business day, then settle on your bank or wallet's own schedule. Identity verification must be complete before your first payout.
During a trade
The time the buyer has to check the item after delivery is confirmed. The default is 72 hours and you can choose anything from one to fourteen days when you open the trade. If the buyer says nothing, funds release to the seller automatically when it expires.
Funds release to the seller automatically once the window closes. The buyer is reminded as the deadline approaches, and the countdown is visible to both sides throughout.
The seller can, and doing so refunds the buyer in full. A buyer cannot unilaterally cancel a funded trade — that is what the dispute process is for, so that an impartial agent decides.
Because it is the evidence. If a dispute is opened, the agent reads the entire conversation. Promises made outside it cannot be verified and carry no weight.
Disputes
Raise a dispute before the inspection window closes. That freezes the funds and stops the countdown immediately. An agent reads the chat, checks the handover evidence from both sides, and issues a binding decision. For accounts at higher risk of recovery, choose a longer inspection window.
An agent reviews the agreement, the full chat transcript, the delivery evidence and anything either side uploads. The outcome is a refund to the buyer, a release to the seller, or a split, and the written reasoning is recorded against the case.
Dispute cases are reviewed within 24 hours Complex cases where an agent is waiting on evidence from one side can take longer.
A ruling is final and the funds move immediately. If you believe there was a factual error, contact support with the case reference and new evidence.
Account and security
Verification is required before your first payout, and for high-value categories on both sides of the trade. It is what keeps stolen-card buyers and repeat scammers off the platform.
Account logins entered into a digital trade are encrypted at rest and visible only to the two parties and, if a dispute is opened, the reviewing agent.
Yes. Anything illegal, stolen, or prohibited by the platform rules is canceled and the buyer refunded in full.
Trade records and ledger entries are retained for the period required by financial record-keeping rules. Contact support for anything specific.
