GuardianDeal Escrow
Escrow Trusted in 157+ countries

Trade with strangers.
Risk nothing.

GuardianDeal Escrow holds the buyer's payment in a segregated account and releases it only once delivery is confirmed. Game accounts, licence keys, shipped goods — the seller can't take the money and run, and the buyer can't take the goods and vanish.

How it works

Four steps. Neither side is exposed.

The money and the goods change hands at the same moment, not before. If something goes wrong, the funds are still here and an agent decides who they belong to.

  1. 01

    Agree the terms

One party opens the trade with the price, the description and an inspection window. The other reviews and accepts — nothing is charged yet.

  2. 02

    Buyer funds escrow

The payment moves into a protected account. The seller can see it is secured but cannot touch it.

  3. 03

    Seller delivers

Credentials are handed over in the protected chat, or the parcel ships with a tracking number attached to the trade.

  4. 04

    Buyer confirms

Funds are released to the seller. If the buyer stays silent, they release automatically after the inspection window.

Default inspection window: 72 hours

Choose anything from 1 to 14 days when you open the trade. Raising a dispute freezes the countdown immediately.

Built for disputes

The hard part isn't the happy path

Most trades complete without incident. Escrow earns its keep on the ones that don't — so the platform is designed around what an agent needs to rule fairly.

Every message is evidence
The protected chat is append-only and preserved after the trade closes. Screenshots, tracking numbers and credentials all stay attached to the case.
A complete timeline
Created, accepted, funded, shipped, delivered, released — each step is stamped with who did it, when, and from which address.
Credentials encrypted at rest
Account logins handed over in a digital trade are encrypted in the database, not stored as plain text.
One binding decision
An agent refunds the buyer, releases to the seller, or splits the amount. The ruling is recorded against the case with a written reason.

Valorant

The seller could not touch my money until I checked the inventory

I have been burned twice buying Valorant accounts on Discord. This time the $1,850 sat in escrow while I logged in, changed the password and counted every skin. Only then did I release it. The seller...

Buyers stopped ghosting me after I started using escrow

Selling a Mythic account used to mean arguing about who sends first. Now I just send an escrow link. Serious buyers fund it in minutes, and the time wasters disappear before they waste my evening.

The buyer wanted proof there were no VAC bans, I wanted proof he could actually pay. Escrow solved both at once. He funded, I handed over the original e-mail, he confirmed, I was paid. Forty minutes e...

Genshin Impact

AR60 account with the exact five-stars promised

The listing claimed C2 Raiden and C1 Nahida. I used the inspection window to verify every constellation before releasing. Everything matched. Worth the 3% for the peace of mind alone.

Good protection, though I wish crypto deposits confirmed faster

The escrow side was flawless. My only gripe is that funding by USDT took about fifteen minutes to confirm on-chain, and the seller was getting impatient. Everything after that was smooth.

Supercell ID transfers make buyers nervous because they can be reversed. The 48 hour inspection window gave him enough time to be sure, and I still had the money in my wallet before bedtime.

Questions

Before you open your first trade

Nothing the seller does can move the escrowed funds. The money sits in a segregated account and is released only when you confirm receipt, when the inspection window closes without a dispute, or when an agent rules in the seller's favour after reviewing a dispute.

Raise a dispute before the inspection window closes. That freezes the funds immediately. An agent reads the protected chat, checks the handover evidence from both sides, and issues a binding decision. Choose a longer inspection window for accounts that are at higher risk of recovery.

By default the buyer does, and it is added on top of the agreed price. When you open a trade you can switch it to the seller or split it evenly. The exact amount is shown to both parties before anyone accepts.

Payout requests are reviewed by the finance desk, usually within one business day. Bank transfers then settle on the receiving bank's schedule. Identity verification must be complete before your first payout.

Funds release to the seller automatically once the inspection window expires. The buyer is notified as the deadline approaches, and the countdown is visible to both sides throughout.

Yes. Anything illegal, stolen, or prohibited by the platform rules will be canceled and the buyer refunded in full. High-value categories also require verified identity on both sides before the trade can be funded.
